She earned his B.Sc. in 2002 from Middle East Technical University, Department of Food Engineering. She completed his M.Sc. in 2008 at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Business Administration (English) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in English Business Administration at Yaşar University. From 2005 to 2008, she worked as Production Manager at İDOL Wine and Organic Food Inc., and from 2009 to 2013, she served as Lecturer at Yaşar University Vocational School. Since 2013, she has been a Lecturer in the Department of General Culture Courses at İzmir Institute of Technology. She teaches courses in business, management skills, leadership, and engineering economics. Since 2015, she has served as a member of the course scheduling and Student Information System committee, and since 2019, she has been Risk Coordinator in the Internal Control Unit at the Strategy Development Department. She also holds the position of Director at the İzmir Institute of Technology Career Development Application and Research Center.
